Email payslips PDFs to your employees

You can directly send your employees their payslips PDFs through WeKeep by going to Payroll in the left side menu then selecting the Pay runs tab.

If you want to send the payslips PDFs to all of your employees, check the box in the top right column to select all payslips at once. Otherwise, select the specific payslips you wish to send, then click Send payslips.

Note that you can send payslips PDFs of POSTED or PAID payslips only.
